Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge provided they do so at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a £10 cancellation fee. If a customer does not attend their booked session without cancelling in advance (no-show), a £10 no-show fee will apply. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy. The £10 fee is intended to reasonably reflect the costs and disruption associated with reserving a session and being unable to offer that appointment or space to another customer at short notice. We may waive the fee at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
